Excellent restaurant. The flavor profiles in the food is immaculate and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Plenty of options on the menu and great service all around. My only not-picky complaint is that the hummus itself is too “fluffy” as in it is blended extremely well. I’d personally like a thicker hummus but that’s my personal preference. Overall, it will not stop me from returning. Definitely try this place out. Oh, and happy hour on drinks all day on the weekends? Count me in.
First time visiting and was surprised it wasn't a traditional setting, seems like an upgraded Chipotle setup. Staff was helpful with ordering and reasonable portions but not cheap prices. Flavorful and filling would recommend. Definitely try the lamb.

The lamb is spectacular—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and bursting with flavor. And the chicken and salmon? Sublime. Every bite is tender and full of Mediterranean spices that keep us coming back for more. One of our favorite insider tips: double your protein portion for just a few dollars more. Trust us, it’s worth it! Whether you’re indulging in the lamb, chicken, or beef, the extra protein takes an already incredible meal to the next level. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Meddys is the kind of place that makes you feel like family. This was probably our sixth time dining in at the Tulsa Meddys location. We were promptly greeted with smiles. The food was on par, as usual. We tried the new creme brulee and it was yummy. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. The main plate is definitely big enough to share.
Friendly and quick service, fun atmosphere, and delicious food! The line gets long, but they serve pretty quickly. Beautiful outdoor seating. Gluten free and vegan options, but unsure if it’s celiac safe. During busy hours, parking is hard to find.
